Prepare your truck for the winter

Winter will soon be around the corner. To preserve your Horse Truck and prevent issues like frost damage, it is important to prepare your truck for the cold winter months.
Here are our tips for the winter:
- Turn on the heating in the truck. Make sure that the truck is always connected to shore power, so that the batteries do not run out when the heating is on.
- Make sure that the fuel tank is always filled for at least ¼, to ensure that the stand heating can continue working. If the fuel tank falls below this level, the stand heating will automatically turn off.
- Make sure you regularly check the truck for power failure, especially if it is standing still for a long time.
- Drain and blow out the water systems on time. Do not forget to disassemble the glasses/filters of the water pump and let the water drain. The manual of the truck explains how this works.
